Pot Brownies
Pot brownies are the quintessential edible!
My step-mother requested these for her wedding because they are such a staple so let's jump right in!
You will need:
- 3/4 cup of canna-butter
- 1 1/2 cups of white sugar
- 3/4 cup of cocoa
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup of chocolate chips or chocolate chunks
- 3/4 cup of flour
Let's get into it!
-
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
-
Melt the canna-butter and stir in the white sugar.
If you don't yet have Canna-Butter check out this guide for how to make it!
-
Once that is combined, mix in your cocoa.
-
Add in your eggs and vanilla.
If you are using chocolate chips instead of chocolate chunks, you can mix bt]\in the 2/3 of a cup after the eggs are thoroughly combined into the mix. -
Once all that is mixed thoroughly add in your flour and stir gently just to mix in the flour.
-
Line a 9x9 pan with parchment paper or line a muffin tray if you're opting for that method.
-
If you use chocolate chunks you can sprinkle them over the batter. They're heavy enough that they will sink through.
I decided to add white chocolate chips and a green melting wafer for shits and giggles to the top.
Bake at 350ºF for 30-40 minutes, until the brownies pull away from the edges slightly.
If you're using the muffin pan method then bake them at 350ºF for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when you stab it.
Let them cool and enjoy!
