Pot Brownies

pot brownies

Pot brownies are the quintessential edible!

My step-mother requested these for her wedding because they are such a staple so let's jump right in!

You will need:

  • 3/4 cup of canna-butter
  • 1 1/2 cups of white sugar
  • 3/4 cup of cocoa
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup of chocolate chips or chocolate chunks
  • 3/4 cup of flour

Let's get into it!

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Melt the canna-butter and stir in the white sugar.

If you don't yet have Canna-Butter check out this guide for how to make it!

  3. Once that is combined, mix in your cocoa.

  4. Add in your eggs and vanilla.

If you are using chocolate chips instead of chocolate chunks, you can mix  bt]\in the 2/3 of a cup after the eggs are thoroughly combined into the mix.

  5. Once all that is mixed thoroughly add in your flour and stir gently just to mix in the flour.

  6. Line a 9x9 pan with parchment paper or line a muffin tray if you're opting for that method.

  7. If you use chocolate chunks you can sprinkle them over the batter. They're heavy enough that they will sink through.

I decided to add white chocolate chips and a green melting wafer for shits and giggles to the top.

Bake at 350ºF for 30-40 minutes, until the brownies pull away from the edges slightly.

If you're using the muffin pan method then bake them at 350ºF for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when you stab it.

    Let them cool and enjoy!
